Once a designer prepares initial floor plans and elevations, we step in to provide a Preliminary Estimate. This crucial "reality check" ensures the project is in the right ballpark before you invest in full construction documents.

Step 3: Design Development & Specifications

If the preliminary numbers align with your goals, we move into full construction drawings. During this phase, we collaborate with your interior designer—or introduce you to our trusted suppliers and subcontractors—to finalize finishes and technical specifications.

Step 4: Final Comprehensive Estimate

With finalized specs and detailed drawings in hand, we provide a comprehensive, line-item estimate. This gives you a clear, actionable financial roadmap for the entire build.

Step 5: Construction & Project Management

We facilitate every detail of the build, from managing post-issuance permit revisions to hosting bi-weekly site meetings if the client wants. This ensures clear communication and expert execution at every major construction milestone.
